The Hotel Roanoke does not have any more sleeping rooms at the conference rate.  Please call the VVMA office at 800-937-8862 for hotel suggestions.

The 2012 Virginia Veterinary Conference offers 75 hours of continuing education. If you attend the conference Friday and Saturday, you can earn the necessary 15 hours to renew your Virginia license

Visiting the exhibit hall is an educational experience too
Visiting the companies that are exhibiting at the conference will provide you relevant information on their product or service for you to take home to your practice. PLAY THE EXHIBIT HALL GAME! Win big!

Pre-Registration Deadline: January 31st
Registrations postmarked or received online after January 31 will be charged the late fee. Registration options:
• Completing the registration form and mailing or faxing it into the VVMA office
• Online registration at will be available in late November at: www.vvma.org

Fee Includes:
• Attendance to conference lectures
• Speaker notes are available to the attendee by downloading from the VVMA website, electronic format mailed to you prior to the conference, or in hard copy for purchase.
• Thursday’s Welcome Reception
• Friday’s Reception
• Friday’s Job Fair (job fair form to be completed before January 7th - see the next page for more details)
• Continental Breakfasts, Breaks and Lunches

Spouses & Guests:
Spouse and guest registration includes continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, Thursday’s Welcome reception and Friday’s Exhibitor Appreciation Reception. Spouse and guest registration does not include admittance to the lectures. Please include spouses and guests on the registrant’s form.

Proceedings:
Attendees may opt to download and print speaker notes from our website, or select to have speaker notes mailed to you in an electronic format prior to the conference. If you prefer to have a hard copy of the notes, they must be purchased in advance and will be with your registration materials when you check in at the VVMA conference desk. Please select your preferred method when filling out your registration form.

Recent Graduate Session - "Hit the Ground Running: Communication Coaching for Associates”. Prepare yourself for the job market with informative sessions and a question and answer panel.

Note: Devotional has a new time, Saturday, February 25th at 7 am.

Hotel Reservations
Our host hotel, The Roanoke Hotel and Conference Center, is offering a conference rate of $125.00 single /double per night plus applicable taxes.  You will need to make your reservation prior to January 24, 2012.  Hotel reservations are to be made directly with the Hotel Roanoke at 866-594-4722 or online at www.vvma.org (click on information/conference).  Parking rates will apply to overnight and day guests.

Exhibitor Appreciation Reception - VMRCVM Alumni Society Silent Auction
Join us in the exhibit hall for refreshments and an educational experience. Enjoy mingling with colleagues, exhibitors and students.  You will not want to miss out on the silent auction! This is a fundraiser for VMRCVM Alumni Society and fabulous items will be up for bid.

Job Fair – Another benefit for the conference attendee
Are you looking for an associate?  This is a perfect time to interview VMRCVM students that will be graduating in May 2012.  Return the enclosed Job Fair form before January 7, 2012. This will assist you in getting one step closer to hiring your new employee!

Evaluation Form & Continuing Education Record of Participation
Please complete the evaluation form and return it to the VVMA Registration Desk with your badge before you leave the conference. (Badge holders are recycled.) At that time, pick-up your CE Record of Participation form.  A minimum of 15 hours is being offered at this conference, if you attend both days. You are responsible for completing the CE form for your records.
