The Veterinary Teaching Hospital of the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine highly values our relationship with the practitioners in Northern Virginia. You serve as an important referral base to the college and in appreciation of this, we are delighted to present a complimentary continuing education lecture. The invitation is attached for you to fax back an RSVP, or you can also call, email us directly, or register directly ONLINE.

We have partnered with the Virginia Veterinary Medical Association, the Loudoun County VMA, and Elanco to REMOTELY provide a forum for a Q & A and to hear updates on the college from our Dean, Cyril Clarke as well as a live broadcast lecture on the evening of Tuesday, May 10, 2016.  This will include a social & catered dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. and can be viewed at our Marion DuPont Scott Equine Medical Center in Leesburg, VA.

We will provide a 1 hour complimentary continuing education lecture. This CE is targeted specifically for small animal practitioners. The lecture topic will be “Thoracic Radiology: A Case Based Review” by Greg Daniel, DVM, MS, Diplomate ACVR.  He is the Department Head of Small Animal Clinical Sciences.  He received his DVM from Auburn, his residency at Illinois, and came to our college in 2005 after serving on the faculty at the University of Tennessee CVM.  We are pleased to have him present to this material so you can get to know him and also to learn more about our Advanced Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging service.

This event is being hosted by the Virginia Veterinary Medical Association, the Loudoun County VMA and our Veterinary Teaching Hospital and is open to all veterinarians. CE certificates will be issued to attending veterinarians at the completion of the program.

A special thank you to Debbie Eveler, Tyler Jones, Josh Parkins and Jill Pemberton of Elanco for generously sponsoring this event & providing a catered dinner!
