    Join us for VVMA's 
    2016 Annual Summer Cookout and Tubing event. 

    Veterinarians & Students: Food, soda and water will be provided. Family members are welcome to attend as long as you RSVP in advance for yourself and your family. 

    Please plan to meet at 11:00am on August 20 in front of the parking lot at VMCVM to receive your parking pass for New River Junction. If you do not check in at VMCVM, parking and tube fees will then be your responsibility. 

    **An individual waiver form must be completed for those 16 and under who will be tubing. Children under 16 must wear a life jacket. YOU MUST BRING THE WAIVER WITH YOU TO NEW RIVER JUNCTION. The waiver is available HERE.

    By submitting this online application/contract, you are agreeing that:

    Application is hereby made for assignment of a table top display of merchandise and/or services at the Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference to be held at The Omni Shoreham in Washington, DC.

    It is agreed that full payment must accompany the signed contract in order to reserve space. Exhibit space is limited. Upon receipt of your contract, you will be notified immediately if exhibit space is not available.

    No refunds will be made for exhibit space canceled after June 1, 2016.

    Exhibit space not claimed and occupied by 8:00 am on November 4, 2016 may be canceled or reassigned without refund.

    Relocation in another space of equivalent area will be accepted should such location become necessary or advisable in the judgment of the PRVC.

    The exhibitor agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations for Exhibitors outlined on the back of this contract, which shall be considered as part of this contract and fully binding hereafter. The PRVC reserves the right to

    interpret them as well as make final decisions on all points the rules and regulations do not cover.

    The 2016 PRVC offers up to 18 hours of small animal, equine and public practice continuing education. The conference will also offer up to 7 hours of technician sessions on Saturday. It is the responsibility of the attendee to determine what is acceptable as continued education for your state. By registering for the Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference, you are consenting that your name and address may be given to conference exhibitors, sponsors and other affiliates for their use as a follow-up tool. 

    Lodging arrangements must be made directly with the Omni Shoreham. Online reservations may be made by clicking here or you may call 1-800-843-6664 and mention you are with the Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference. Please make your reservation before October 3, 2016. The conference room rate is $229 single/double + taxes and fees.

    Limited street parking around the hotel may be available. Valet parking at the Omni Shoreham is $35/night plus tax. Self parking is not offered.

    • Pre-purchase hard copy proceedings to be picked up when you check in at registration {$45 for vets; $30 for technicians}
    • Receive an email when notes are available to download from the VVMA website {free}
