    Join us for VVMA's 
    2015 Annual Summer Cookout and Tubing event. 

    Veterinarians & Students: Food, soda and water will be provided. Family members are welcome to attend as long as you RSVP in advance for yourself and your family. 

    Please plan to meet at 11:00am on August 22 in front of the parking at VMCVM to receive your parking pass for New River Junction. If you do not check in at VMCVM, parking and tube fees will then be your responsibility. 

    **An individual waiver form must be completed for those 16 and under who will be tubing. Children under 16 must wear a life jacket. The waiver form must accompany this RSVP form. The waiver is available HERE.

    The 2015 Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference offers up to 18 hours of small animal, equine and public practice continuing education in each tract. The conference also offers Practice Management sessions on Friday and Technician sessions on Saturday.

    It is the responsibility of the attendee to determine what is acceptable as continued education for your state. By registering for the Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference, you are consenting that your name and address may be given to conference exhibitors, sponsors and other affiliates for their use as a follow-up tool.

    Registration Fee Includes: Attendance to conference lectures for the days that you are a paid registrant; Online speaker notes; Continental breakfasts, breaks and lunches for the days that you are a paid registrant; Friday reception and Saturday VMA Sports Challenge

    Lodging arrangements must be made directly with The Greenbrier. Click here to reserve a room online or call 1-844-236-2733. When calling, inform reservations that you are with the Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference. Please make your reservation before October 1, 2015. Traditional rooms are $199/night. Superior rooms are $229/night. All rooms will also be charged a resort fee, historic preservation fund fee and other applicable taxes, per room, per day. Please call The Greenbrier if you will be reserving a superior room or cottage.

    Parking: Self-parking is complimentary. Valet parking is $20 per vehicle per day.

    Speaker Proceedings: Speaker proceedings will be available on the VVMA website prior to the conference for those who wish to print the notes ahead of time.  Printed speaker notes are available for purchase on the registration form and can be picked up at the onsite conference registration desk.
