Lodging arrangements must be made directly with the Greenbrier Resort. You may reserve your room online at www.vvma.org, click on Greenbrier Resort Online Reservations, located on the homepage. In order to take advantage of the group rate, $199.00 single/double for intermediate rooms, plus the resort fee of $35 and applicable taxes, hotel reservations need to made prior to Friday, October 4th. Hotel reservations may also be made by calling 1-855-486-7409. If you are interested in upgrading your sleeping room, please call the Greenbrier and they will be able to assist you.  Upgrades are based on availability.
